Our Managing Director, Mr Makis Afxentiou made his first steps in the real estate industry when he created ?Makis Afxentiou Land Developers? back in 1980 and since then, with steady steps he has moved forward creating a reputable name in the industry.

He looked into not only the sale of land but also the development of plots providing significant knowledge and experience in the development of Zygi and Larnaca district over the past years.

His personal goal over these years has always been to assist every customer to meet their expectations and with respect to the cultural background and beliefs of each person, offer a secure investment and guaranteed profit. It is not a coincidence that he has always kept a good relationship not only in a professional manner but also at a personal level with all the customers of the company.

History

The company was successfully established in 1980, by Mr Makis Afxentiou at Zygi. Between Larnaca and Limassol lies Zygi which is a small south coastal town. The company?s reputable experience, integrity and ability to understand and fulfil its customers? needs in real estate and land development, are its major characteristics.

The first project the company developed was ?Emerald Coast 1? which is located in the majestic coastal area of Zygi, Psematismenos at Larnaca province. ?Makis Afxentiou Land Developer? has erected many luxurious properties all over Cyprus, such as houses, apartments and commercial buildings.

We then expanded our expertise to other EU countries such as the United Kingdom, Romania and Greece and have completed a variety of projects.
